Hi! My name is Melina Zarboulas, and I am a proactive and tech-savvy junior fluent in three languages and well-traveled, bringing an international perspective and sensitivity to the table. I am the founder of The Vault at UW Madison, a lauded student organization that has been redefining inclusiveness, engagement, and education within the larger university community.

  • Established monthly data reporting systems based on client and prospect interaction and revenue numbers using Salesforce, Excel, Brevo, Campayn from over 100k client+prospect records

  • Led CRM strategy based on statistical analysis of data to optimize outreach and engagement, reducing manual reporting time by over 85% 

  • Increased outreach efficiency by over 25% through over 100 A/B tests and targeted CRM strategies

Scholar and Project Intern, Gucci, Feb 2024 - May 2024

  • Scaling membership from 0 to over 550 members to rapidly become one of the largest clubs at UW Madison.

  • Directing cross-functional relationships with over 10 different sub-committees, onboarding around 40 leaders each semester. 

  • Leading all financial efforts and budget planning, raising over $40k in net profit since inception. 

  • Managing all communication and marketing efforts, and media presence.

  • Conducting campaigns for over 2000 recipients, creating content for audiences of nearly 3000 followers through Brevo, GroupMe, and Partiful.

  • The Cheese Club is a UW-Madison organization dedicated to the appreciation of cheese (it is Wisconsin, after all). Organizing over 20 events each year of social and educational events centered on cheese, managing over 600 members and attendees.
